Our Prevention Policy For Covid-19
As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, we wanted to update you on the measures we are taking ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
Our warehouse is open and strictly adhering to the guidelines of the South Korea Government. Enhanced cleaning measures are in place to ensure safety while orders are being packed in the warehouse, as well as the provision of gloves and masks for all staff. Staff in the warehouse are following the WHO guidelines regarding self-isolation at any signs of illness.
We are open and doing our absolute best to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. In order to offer our warehouse staff a safe working environment that is within current guidelines, we are working with a reduced workforce. In addition, some couriers are experiencing delays at this time. We would be grateful if you could have patience with us during this challenging time.
Korea Post, Fedex and our other regular global couriers may have stopped asking for signatures when delivering parcels to customers. In cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, the courier will leave the item at the door, and will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve your parcel.
